Service held for Pauline Eddings Perry

Pauline Eddings Perry, of Sand Springs, OK, passed away July 15, 2020, at the age of 90. Pauline was born on August 18, 1929, and grew up in Coalgate, OK to parents, Albert Scott Eddings and Clyda Irene (Baughman) Eddings. She was married in 1948 to Charles R. Perry and for most of their married lives, they lived in the Tulsa and Sand Springs area.

She worked for three years at Bell Telephone and then was a homemaker, raising three daughters. She was an excellent seamstress and sewed most of her daughters’ clothes while they were in school. Later in life she also enjoyed crocheting, playing cards, and traveling with her friends at the Sand Springs Senior Center, as well as participating in their other activities. She attended Garden Heights Free Will Baptist Church in Prattville for many years.

Many thanks to all of those who were so kind to her when she was a resident at Baptist Village of Broken Arrow.

Pauline will be greatly missed by all of those who knew and loved her.

She is survived by her daughter Sharon and Harold Patton of Adair, OK; daughter Deborah Perry of Carrollton, TX; grandson Eric and Anna Patton of Jenks, OK; granddaughter Rachel and Bo Henry of Cleveland, OK and great-grandson Tyler Patton of Jenks, OK.

Pauline was preceded in death by husband Charles R. Perry; daughter Clyda Lynn Culver and grandson Jason Weems.

Due to COVID-19, private service will be held at Floral Haven Cemetery in Broken Arrow, under the direction of Heath-Griffith Funeral Home. A celebration of life will be planned in 2021.
