Sherry Ann Lemons passes away

Sherry Ann Lemons, a Centrahoma resident, passed away July 19, 2022, at her home in Centrahoma, OK at the age of 72 years, 5 months and 10 days. She was born February 9, 1950, to Alford Henley and Joyce Marie (Flatt) Lemons at Coalgate, OK. She attended Tupelo High School and was a seamstress at Blue Bell and Diaper Jeans. Sherry enjoyed sewing, playing on the iPad and talking on the phone.

Survivors include daughters, Rhonda Strange and husband Steven of Durant, OK, Peggy Warner of Ada, OK and Katherine Mathews and husband Jerry of Kingston, OK; grandchildren, Courtney Turner and husband Brian of Kingston, OK, Kacy Cass and husband Hold en of Tishomingo, OK, Breana Bolen and husband Dilyn, Tara Harrison and husband Garrick, all of Ada, OK, Dylan Mathews and fiance’ Madison of Kingston, OK and Sawyer Strange of Durant, OK; ten great-grandchildren; brothers, A. J. Lemons and Ricky Leon Lemons, both of Centrahoma, OK.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Alford Henley and Joyce Marie (Flatt) Lemons and brother, Larry Dale Lemons.
