Arrest warrant issued for Coalgate woman charged with conspiracy A warrant has been issued for the arrest of 33-year-old Sarah Elizabeth Nuttall who is charged with conspiring with another person to break into a Levy Annex apartment on May 24. Coalgate Officer Dyllan Brown’s probable cause affidavit makes mention that a cell phone and a pair of earrings were stolen from the apartment.
