She was born September 29, 1932 to Luther and Matilda (Hill) Swindell at Coalgate, OK. Martha attended Farris, OK school and was a homemaker. She enjoyed going to church, making roses, cooking for her family and others. Martha’s greatest joy was spending time with her family.
