Travis Leroy Middleton

Graveside services for Travis Leroy Middleton will be held Sunday, April 21, 2024 at 2:00 p.m. at Coalgate Cemetery with David Unsell officiating.

Travis was born July 19, 1985 to Kevin Leroy Middleton and Tammy Ann (Dennard) Middleton at Chowchilla, CA and passed away April 7, 2024 at Joplin, MO at the young age of 38. He graduated from Coalgate High School in 2004. Travis enjoyed sports, hanging out with family and friends, drawing, playing guitar and singing.

Travis is survived by his father, Kevin and wife Shawna Middleton of McCloud, OK; his two sons, Gavin and Trevyn of Bokchito, OK; brother, Brody Middleton of Atoka, OK; sister, Breanna and husband Cody Moore of Coalgate, OK; step-brother, Troy and wife Alicen Newman of Coalgate; step-sisters, Sara and husband Tyler Roe of McCloud, OK and Lisa and husband Stephen Kolivoski of Newella, OK; significant other, Haunie Simmons of Missouri; grandfather, Leroy Middleton of California; along with numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and dearly loved friends.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Tammy Middleton; and grandparents, Annice Dennard, Jerry Dennard and Brenda Durham.
