Chris Graham and Kelly Hardman with interment at Allen Family Cemetery. Mr. Allen passed away Thursday March 2, 2023 at Atoka, OK. at the age of 64 years and 2 months. Brown’s Funeral Service of Atoka is charge of arrangements. Mr. Allen was born on Friday, January 2, 1959, to Kenneth and Helen Louise (Johnson) Allen, at Coalgate, OK. He graduated from Atoka High School with the Class of ’77. Douglas did mechanic work along with paint and body work. He married Mary Suezann Wood on Friday, August 6th 1982 at Coalgate Presbyterian Church. Douglas was of the Baptist Faith and a member of the Elks Lodge. He enjoyed painting cars, fishing, camping, dancing, and hanging out with his family. Survivors include his wife Mary Suezann (Wood) Allen of the home; sons, Jerrard Allen and Christina of Wards Chapel, OK, Phillip Taylor Allen of Wards Chapel, OK; daughters, Mandy Crites and husband Carl of Lehigh, OK, Crystal Allen Ridgeway of Colorado; grandchildren, Ayden River, Marley, Jagger, Jaden, Josiah and Alyssa, Michelle, Lucas and Jessie, Rebecca and Dalton; great grandchildren, Rona Ridgeway and one on the way; sisters, Connie Moreland and husband IB, and Louann Hand; sister-inlaw; Kay Burns and husband Danny Ray, Megan Wood, and Becky Atkins; brothersin- law; Jake Wood, John Wood and wife Tori, Marc Wood; mothersin- law Brenda Wood, and Shirley Marcum; special niece, Samantha Wood, along with numerous nieces, nephews, and other dearly loved family members.
