Amanda Rae Stevens, a Coalgate resident, was born on July 1, 1983 to Bobby and Helen Stevens at Coalgate and passed away December 7, 2025 at Durant at the age of 42 years, 5 months and 6 days. She graduated from Coalgate High School with the Class of 2001 and went on to attend East Central University where she was a part of the ECU Jazz and Gospel Choir and a member of CHILAMBDA Alpha Sorority. Amanda was a library aide.

David Bruce Ginden

David Bruce Ginden of Coalgate, OK was born on December 29th, 1958, to Abraham and Hazel (Muncy) Ginden in Chicago, IL. David, also lovingly referred to as Dave, Davey-boy, Red, or Grandpa Red passed away on December 12, 2025, just 17 days shy of his 67th birthday. He graduated from Von Steuben High School in Chicago and attended HVAC school.
